Writing Style
I don’t know if Asher and Kennedy put something special into this book, but what I do know is that I couldn’t put it down. This fast paced standalone will have you feeling every emotion from helplessness, to anger, frustration, love, longing and happiness. They revealed elements of the story at a pace that kept the plot moving while still giving the reader opportunities to catch their breath. This book is a roller coaster from start to finish with spicey scenes that will have your blood boiling.
My Opinions
I love everything about this book. The character arc is phenomenal and relatable. While the plot itself has elements like enemies to lovers and fated mates. If you like Alphaholes and revenge, this the book for you. The plot is fast paced, and I was able to finish this book in the span of a day, but I physically couldn’t put it down. Seneca rain is a well-rounded, well developed character who drive the plot forward and has so much personality, you won’t know what to do with it.
This book is absolutely worth the time, and the money. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys dark shifter romances.
